Recently I came in for a routine oil change and front end alignment on my 2008 F250. Upon completion of the services, I was not pleased with the slight pull to the right and headed back for an adjustment having just spent $1500 on tires. KC explained to me that the truck was in spec but would do their best to offset the slight pull. KC was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. In the end, the truck is perfect and the service was excellent. As a professional salesman and engineer, I just wanted you to know how impressed I am with KC. I rarely send emails like these but I wanted you to know about my recent experience. By the way, I’m very impressed with the new Quick Lane facility and I just can’t beat the 4 for $194.00 oil changes (I’ve tried). - Kindest Regards, Richard D.
